We recognize Human Rights as realities that even today need to be guaranteed and promoted at the international, national and regional levels. We seek to articulate between ethics (assuming the cultural ethos) and power (political, economic, ideological and legal) when generating and interpreting fundamental rights; that is to say, positivism Human Rights.
